Job Description
U.S. Residential Group (USRG) is a growing Multifamily Property Management Company currently searching for an experienced onsite Maintenance Technician to join our team.
This role is responsible for inspecting apartments, diagnosing problems and making repairs in areas such as: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance, as well as, assisting vendors and/or outside contracts, and maintain a standard of cleanliness for the exterior common areas in the community, such as the grounds, pools, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to live onsite
At least 1+ years general maintenance experience
Skills required for electrical, plumbing, and painting duties
HVAC Certification a plus
Demonstrable computer abilities; internet and email, and other relevant applications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to be on-call as needed weekends and/or holidays
Reliable transportation and valid Drivers License required
